Job summary

Culina is seeking a Fleet Administration Manager for its Chilled & Fresh division. The role involves leading a Fleet Administration team to ensure maintenance and service are completed within timescales, while coordinating with suppliers and repair networks.

The ideal candidate will have strong Microsoft Office skills, a solid understanding of MHE compliance, and a proactive approach to process improvement. The position is full-time with a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Strong understanding of MHE compliance and related processes.
• High attention to detail and accuracy; works with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Fleet Administration and Maintenance to meet timescales.
• Lead the team to ensure MHE service and maintenance compliance.
• Act as escalation point with suppliers, repair networks and depots.
• Deliver high levels of customer service and professionalism.
• Improve department processes and reflect best practice.
