Return on Investment Ltd in Milton Keynes is seeking a Fleet Administration Executive to support a long-standing automotive partner. The role focuses on managing vehicle orders, quotes and customer records to keep fleets moving.

You'll work in a hybrid arrangement after training, handle quotes, orders, CRM updates, and reporting, with a commitment to accuracy, compliance and excellent service.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration, customer service or fleet support.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and CRM systems.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team.

Responsibilities

• Responding to inbound fleet enquiries from customers and stakeholders.
• Preparing accurate vehicle quotes and processing customer orders in line with client processes.
• Managing customer orders from placement through to registration and vehicle delivery.
• Maintaining accurate customer records and updating CRM systems with order progress and customer information.
• Preparing reports and interpreting customer data using Microsoft Excel.
• Liaising with customers, retailers and internal departments to ensure a smooth customer journey.
• Managing customer expectations and providing regular updates throughout the order process.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, industry regulations and internal quality standards.
• Continuously looking for opportunities to improve processes and contribute to operational excellence.
