JCT600 Ltd is seeking a Finance Sales Administrator for the Group Fleet team in the Bradford area. You will provide efficient administrative support to the Fleet department, handling documentation, invoicing, and system updates with a focus on accuracy and timely processing.

The role offers hybrid working after a 3-month probation and a salary of £27,100, with benefits including generous annual leave, life assurance, pension, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Previous administration experience in a fast-paced environment is desirable.
• Customer-centric attitude and commitment to high service levels.
• Excellent attention to detail with a methodical approach.
• Strong organisational skills and reliability in busy offices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient IT skills, including Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Processing documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Taxing vehicles and processing vehicle invoices on time.
• Inputting and uploading documents to internal systems promptly.
• Ensuring financials reconcile with manufacturer targets weekly.
• Reducing debts and unpaid bonuses within the department.
• Chasing progress of new car orders to ensure prompt delivery.
• Keeping customer details up to date in systems.
• Allocating correct costs including bonuses to vehicles.
• Performing other duties as required.
