Halfords is seeking a Fleet Support Executive to join our Redditch-based team, offering hybrid work with 2 days on site and 3 days from home. You will be the first point of contact for fleet customers, manage bookings, resolve issues, and drive improvements across our fleet support operations to keep customers moving.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer service and complaint handling.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Calm, professional and resilient under pressure.

• Experience with data entry and CRM systems is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service across channels.
• Coordinate fleet and warranty bookings from request to completion.
• Investigate issues, identify root causes and drive improvements.
• Handle complaints and escalations professionally.
• Analyse service data and collaborate with stakeholders on solutions.
• Maintain accurate digital service records and update information.
• Build relationships with Fleet/Autocentre/Regional Managers to support operations.
• Assist with pricing initiatives and accurate implementation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Provide general administrative support to Fleet Support and Customer Service.
