Job summary

Toyota Financial Services in the Fleet Business Unit is seeking an organised administrator to build, maintain and service relationships with the Toyota and Redline brands, Dealer Network, Fleet Field Sales Team and Fleet customers. You will work with our Fleet teams to resolve dealer queries, handle settlements, prepare credit line documentation and manage pay-outs across brands.

The role offers hybrid working (2 days in office, 3 days remote), wellbeing initiatives, dress-for-your-day policy

Qualifications

• Proficiencies in Microsoft Office: Word and Excel.
• Previous experience in an administration or operational position.
• Strong numeracy and literacy skills.
• Motor finance experience would be desirable.
• Logical thinker with clear ideas and communication.

Responsibilities

• Customer service for Credit line customers, including end of contract and settlements.
• Prepare documentation for Credit Lines and review liabilities for underwriting.
• Manage pay-out processes across brands (KINTO, Mazda, Toyota/Lexus).
• Assist with dealer queries and support network and brokers.
• Ensure monthly and ad hoc reporting to SLAs and reconcile invoices.
