Qualifications

• Experience in administration or similar detail-focused role.
• Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication with customers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Process fleet customer sales agreements accurately and promptly.
• Maintain CRM records and up-to-date databases.
• Represent brands positively in all interactions with customers and stakeholders.
• Provide high-quality customer service and support, both in-office and with clients.
• Distribute finalised agreements to relevant parties and respond to queries by email and phone.
