Halfords is seeking an Account Support Executive to ensure smooth day-to-day fleet requirements and provide excellent customer service. You will coordinate queries, manage records and support Account Managers with operational tasks.

The role offers hybrid working at our Redditch Support Centre, with three days onsite and two days remote, contributing to a stable, customer-focused operation in a leading motoring and cycling retailer network.

Aufgaben

• Manage day-to-day fleet and customer queries by maintaining accurate customer and fleet records.
• Act as a point of contact for customers, providing a responsive and professional service.
• Support Account Managers with operational and routine customer requirements.
• Monitor outstanding actions and follow up to ensure completion.
• Identify potential issues early and take action to resolve them.
• Liaise with internal teams, suppliers and external partners to resolve issues.
