Job summary

AllSaints operates a flagship store in Bicester, UK, seeking a hands-on Visual Floor Manager to lead in-store presentation and customer experience. You will manage product storytelling across womenswear and menswear, plan monthly drops, and execute flagship windows with VM leadership.

The role blends style, speed, and strong leadership in a premium retail environment. You will train, motivate the team, and partner with brand leadership to ensure density, replenishment and size availability

• Experience with visual merchandising and store presentation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain product presentation on shop floor to reflect AllSaints brand.
• Be an expert ambassador for products to inspire customers and team.
• Work with management to exceed store targets and KPIs.
• Create floor plans and rotas to set up daily success.
• Lead visits with senior leadership and ensure cohesive execution.
