Job summary

AllSaints, Bicester Village, is seeking a Brand Leader (Store Manager) to lead a team in delivering the AllSaints in-store experience and community presence. You will drive sales, coach stylists, manage floor activities and partnerships, and ensure exceptional service in a dynamic outlet environment.

You will partner with concessions and the local community, set objectives, run appraisals, and uphold brand standards while inspiring your team to perform at the highest level and deliver memorable

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and team development experience in fashion retail.
• Strong ambassador for the brand with storefront presence.
• Excellent relationship management with partners and customers.
• High business acumen and use of reporting data for commercial decisions.
• Ability to coach and develop a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Equip and incentivise your team with latest product knowledge and brand updates.
• Develop your team through annual appraisals and set individual objectives.
• Plan and deliver monthly floor sets and drive sales across all categories.
• Lead floor walks and decisions with KPI awareness and commercial rationale.
• Own all areas of the business from customer experience to stock, payroll and safety.
• Build strong relationships with concessions and the local community.
• Provide on-the-floor leadership to maximize trade opportunities and customer journeys.
