Job summary

ALLSAINTS Retail Limited is seeking a floor manager in Birmingham to support the brand leader and store team in delivering an exceptional brand experience. You will lead the stylist team, coach staff, and ensure customers receive excellent in-store service both on the shop floor and online.

You will oversee daily store operations, develop rosters, and collaborate with our specialist customer experience leaders to meet KPIs and SLAs while maintaining brand standards and compelling product

Qualifications

• Retail floor management experience required.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Ability to drive KPIs and meet targets.
• Excellent customer service and product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach stylist team to deliver outstanding in-store service.
