Job summary

ALLSAINTS Retail Limited is seeking a Visual Merchandiser for our Regent Street flagship in London. You will influence and develop the merchandising team, balance store deadlines and daily operations, and elevate the in-store experience through planned visuals and timely execution of marketing directions.

You will collaborate with the Visual Manager and Brand Leader to translate visual directions into floor plans, train staff, and support launches across busy shop floors in a dynamic retail

Qualifications

• Passion for visual merchandising and retail display.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, manage time and adapt to changing priorities.
• Willingness to work overnight and weekends when required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure brand integrity is reflected in-store visuals at all times.
• Maintain store environment to high standards throughout the day.
• Review windows and floorsets; plan floor layouts with Visual Manager.
• Collaborate with Visual Manager and Brand Leader on launches and visuals.
• Train store team on visual standards and product knowledge.
• Support promotions, recalls and markdown activities.
