Job summary

AllSaints in the Metro Centre, Newcastle, is seeking a Floor Manager to support the store leader and motivate a team to deliver an exceptional brand experience for customers. You will lead stylists on the shop floor and respond to first-line customer inquiries through our online service system.

You will coach and develop team members, drive sales targets, and ensure brand standards are reflected in every customer interaction and store presentation.

• Oversee day-to-day store operations and scheduling.
• Collaborate with management to exceed targets.
