Job summary

SKIMS is seeking a Store Leader to run one of its highest-volume UK locations at Westfield London. Lead from the floor, develop a top-tier team and deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced shopping centre.

You will drive commercial results, manage KPIs, and partner with regional leadership to bring the SKIMS brand to life through service, style and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail leadership experience.
• Experience leading within a premium high-volume shopping centre.
• Proven ability to lead, coach and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong commercial acumen with KPI management (sales, payroll, labour, inventory).
• Excellence in customer service and communication.

Responsibilities
