• Own depot profitability, budgets and year-on-year improvements.

• Ensure departments work together to meet customer requirements and service levels.
• Drive a customer-first culture with customers at heart of operations.
• Optimize fleet utilization, resource planning and productivity.
• Use data and KPIs to drive decisions and improvements.
• Champion continuous improvement across processes and service.
