You will manage a team of department heads, set direction, and foster leadership capability across the site while driving a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. This is a high-impact role in a complex, customer-facing environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a sizeable depot or operational unit.
• Strong commercial acumen with budgets and performance.
• Experience developing leaders and managing managers.
