Balzac Paris is opening a flagship store in Marylebone, London, seeking a Store Manager to lead operations and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will manage a team, oversee stock and external partners, and implement activations to exceed targets.

The ideal candidate has prior Store Manager experience in a luxury ready-to-wear environment, strong commercial drive, and superb interpersonal skills. This role reports to the Retail Director and is based in-store at Marylebone.

Qualifications

• Experience as Store Manager in a high-end ready-to-wear brand.
• Strong leadership and commercial drive.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage store operations and uphold brand standards.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience while following sales processes.
• Oversee external service providers in-store.
• Plan and execute in-store activations to exceed targets.
• Monitor KPIs and protect the store’s budget and P&L.
• Recruit, schedule, train and develop the store team.
• Ensure visual merchandising and boutique presentation meets Balzac Paris standards.
