Reporting to the Country Managing Director, you will coach, strategize, and operate front- and back-of-house activities to foster engagement and business success, with a strong emphasis on clienteling and events.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and service excellence.
• Act as a Brand Ambassador, inspiring trust and client-centric excellence.
• Drive team motivation and engagement through clear strategy communication.
• Achieve and exceed sales objectives and store KPIs; lead daily shop-floor briefs.
• Develop clienteling strategies and personalized client journeys with CX measurement.
• Recruit new clients, host in-store events, and leverage digital tools for local relevance.
• Ensure a seamless and consistent client experience in-store and remotely across client types.
• Manage store team organization and development; provide ongoing feedback and career growth.
• Collaborate with HR and Retail Leadership to recruit, onboard, and develop talent.
• Oversee store operations, stock management, visual merchandising, grooming and procedures.
• Maintain good store environment and safe functioning; uphold market knowledge and trends.
