We’re excited to bring Balzac Paris to London and build a vibrant, customer‑facing team. As a Sales Advisor, you will greet customers, tell brand stories, offer styling advice, process payments, maintain the shop floor, and support stock and inventory tasks.

Qualificações

• Proficiency in Shopify platform.
• Ability to receive and process shipments.
• Strong retail sales techniques and KPI knowledge.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsabilidades

• Open and close register/POS; follow daily roadmap.
• Engage with customers, provide styling advice, cross-sell.
• Maintain store cleanliness and follow merchandising guidelines.
• Stock room management and inventory participation.
