Bettys Café Tearooms in Harrogate is seeking a Deputy Retail Manager on a fixed-term contract of 9 months starting January 2027. The role requires leading a retail team and delivering excellent customer service within a strong team culture.

You will work across varied shifts, including weekends, with some early mornings or evenings, and be responsible for maintaining food safety and health & safety standards while driving KPI performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in organising and leading a Retail department.
• Ability to manage and motivate a team to deliver quality service.
• Knowledge of food safety and health and safety procedures.
