Job summary

InPost is seeking a dedicated De-Briefer for a 6-month fixed-term contract at our Aylesham depot in Kent. You will act as the crucial link between drivers and the wider operation, supporting shifts and maintaining high standards of efficiency, safety and customer service.

You will Bring knowledge of transport operations, strong PC skills, and a proactive attitude to manage de-briefs, paperwork and communication with drivers.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of transport legislation and logistics operations.
• Proactive problem-solver able to think on your feet.
• Strong PC literacy, especially Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough driver de-briefs and set performance targets.
• Manage documentation accurately to support operations.
• Champion Health & Safety and maintain a secure working environment.
• Deliver real-time updates by liaising with drivers during shifts.
• Be the primary contact for drivers and address queries professionally.
• Apply experience in fast-paced transport administration to keep operations running smoothly.
