VodafoneThree in the UK is seeking a Finance professional to join the Networks Budget Governance team. You'll own financial performance across Networks, delivering end-to-end reporting and supporting multi-billion-pound Capex and Opex planning.

This hybrid role requires strong analytical skills, experience with forecasting and governance, and the ability to partner with Finance, PMO and operations to drive insights and improvements. Based in Newbury with flexible office days.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical mindset to turn complex data into clear insights.
• Experience with financial reporting, forecasting or performance analysis in a complex environment.
• Ability to build and maintain reporting tools and influence stakeholders.
• Proactive with governance and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end financial performance reporting across Networks, including forecasting, budget tracking, variance analysis and reforecasting.
• Deliver Capex and Opex reporting, providing clear insight into performance, risks and opportunities.
• Identify and track financial risks, ensuring alignment to budget and flagging issues.
• Support planning cycles including annual budgets, quarterly forecasts and financial reviews.
• Drive insight through performance analysis, JBP tracking and synergy monitoring.
• Improve reporting processes through automation and standardisation to speed insight.
• Build relationships with Finance, PMO and operations to provide trusted financial support.
• Contribute to AI-driven and self-serve reporting capabilities to enhance data accessibility.
