Qualifications

• Previous C&B experience in a 5-star background is desirable.
• Previous experience at C&B Manager level is essential.
• Experience in working high-volume events is essential.

Responsibilities

• Setting up conference rooms and managing weddings and corporate events as per function sheet.
• Manage staff to ensure accurate staffing for diarised events.
• Lead with professionalism and ensure food and beverage standards meet hotel requirements.
• Coordinate with wedding and events teams for seamless communication.
• Ensure conference suites are presentable and report issues.
