Our client is a large, independent metals manufacturer. They are recruiting for a Fitter's Mate to join their busy site in Sheffield.

Responsibilities

• Upkeep and maintenance of all plant machinery and equipment
• Carrying out planned maintenance checks
• Emergency breakdowns and repairs
• Daily troubleshooting
• Controlling breakdown / repair documentation

• Electrical knowledge would be an additional plus but not mandatory

Details

• This position is 39 hours paid / 41.5 hour clocked week
• Overtime will be paid at time and a third in the week after the completion of 39hrs
• Time and a half on Saturdays and double time for Sundays
