Job summary

Fairmont Windsor Park is seeking a motivated Fitness Instructor to lead health and wellness activities at our luxury hotel in Egham. You will guide guests through personalised fitness journeys and group classes, delivering high standards of service and professional presentation.

As part of a premium hospitality team, you will run gym inductions, tailor training programs, and ensure a clean, welcoming environment for guests and members.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Experience in a luxury hotel or 5-star environment is advantageous.
• Strong commitment to guest service and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and support guests on their fitness journey.
• Carry out gym inductions and provide training programs.
• Educate and assist with exercise techniques and teaching group classes.
• Provide guests with an exceptional and enjoyable fitness experience.
• Assist with cleaning and maintenance checks of the gym area.
