Ardencote Manor | Hiddenwell Luxury Wellness Retreat is seeking a Fitness Instructor on a part-time, permanent basis. The role offers £13.50 per hour and requires weekend/evening flexibility. Estimated start date is 29 December 2026.

You will deliver engaging group exercise classes, support guests with fitness goals, and help create a welcoming gym environment while ensuring safety and high guest satisfaction.

Qualifikationen

• A relevant fitness qualification, ideally Level 3 Personal Trainer or equivalent
• A genuine passion for health, fitness and promoting active lifestyles
• Confidence and enthusiasm when leading group exercise classes and supporting individuals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others
• Good knowledge of exercise techniques, gym equipment and safe working practices
• A friendly, positive and approachable personality with a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences
• A proactive and supportive team player who takes pride in maintaining high standards
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends, where required

We are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic and motivated Fitness Instructor to join our Leisure Team

What You'll Be Doing

• Part-Time permanent positions
• Working between 3 - 5 days out of 7 per week (including weekends and bank holidays, you will need to be flexible to the business needs), working between 13.5 - 22.5 hours per week
• £13.50 per hour
