Fairmont Windsor Park – Arora Group is seeking a Spa Receptionist to create serene and enjoyable experiences for guests. You will greet guests, manage registrations, and support daily spa operations in a five-star setting.

Responsabilités

• Greet spa guests with a warm welcome on arrival.
• Assist with a smooth registration process to create a friendly first impression.
• Schedule treatments accurately, considering guest preferences and therapist availability.
• Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and promoting spa services and facilities.
• Handle payments, phone calls, maintain client records, and manage correspondence.

• Contributing to the overall well-being and relaxation of our guests in our luxurious Spa.


• Greet our guests with a warm welcome as they arrive at the spa.


• Ensure a smooth and efficient registration process creating a friendly impression.


• Ensure accurate scheduling of treatments and services, accommodating guest preferences and therapist availability.


• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and offering information about spa services, promotions, and facilities.


• Performing various administrative tasks such as processing payments, handling phone calls, maintaining client records, and managing correspondence.
