Job summary

Fairmont Windsor Park, part of the Arora Group, is seeking an experienced Reservations Manager to lead our Reservations team at a Luxury five-star property near Egham. You will drive guest satisfaction, forecasting and revenue opportunities.

You will coach and develop the team, ensuring brand standards and effective communication across departments. A strong knowledge of Opera PMS and MS Office is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading reservations teams in luxury hotels.
• Strong English communication and guest service focus.
• Knowledge of Opera PMS and MS Office required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Reservations team to meet guests’ needs and brand standards.
• Ensure effective and efficient communication enabling planning and delivery of guest requirements.
• Complete weekly and monthly forecasting.
• Ensure adherence to the company’s credit policy and participate in hotel credit meetings.
• Develop team awareness of revenue capture, packages and accounting to enhance revenues and guest service.
• Train, develop and support the team to maintain high standards, while seeking improvements.
• Duty Manager shifts to support hotel operations.

A bit about what you will do...

• Lead the Reservations team, fostering team dynamics to ensure the team remains focused on meeting guests’ needs and brand standards.
• Ensure effective and efficient communication procedures enabling the operation to plan and deliver all guests requirements.
• Complete weekly and monthly forecasting.
• Ensure company’s credit policy is adhered to across the team and active involvement in the hotel credit meetings.
• Develop team’s awareness of revenue capture, packages and accounting to enhance revenues and improve guest service.
• Train, develop and support the team to provide consistently high standards, while continually looking to improve.
• Duty Manager shifts.
