Davies Group is seeking a First Response Advisor in Bolton. You will handle customer interactions, capture new claim information, and provide administrative support to Claims Management teams.

• Effectively handle all customer interactions professionally and within Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) guidelines
• Accurately input new claims within service guidelines
• Call customers to arrange inspection appointments and manage diary reminders
• Manage company claim-related email inboxes and handle inbound calls
• Contribute to great teamwork and a positive culture
• Support initial customer contact and data entry for new claims
