Job summary

Davies Group in Stoke-on-Trent is seeking a Claims Handler to join our Property team. You will be the first point of contact for clients, guiding claims through the journey from start to resolution.

This permanent, full‑time role is 37.5 hours a week with hybrid working after probation, and on‑site presence in Stoke. You will liaise with customers, insurers and suppliers nationwide and analyse policies to determine claim coverage.

• Keep policyholders informed about claim progress via clear correspondence.
• Create new claims, appoint contractors, and update internal systems.
• Issue payments and arrange settlements as needed.
• Ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to team success and business growth.
