• Ability to identify inconsistencies or potential fraud in claims.

Responsibilities

• Advise policyholders on general queries and buildings-related claims.
• Check coverage, gather documentation, and progress claims to settlement.
• Negotiate settlements and authorise payments within limits.
• Liaise with surveyors, contractors and suppliers to ensure smooth progress.
• Maintain accurate records and provide clear communications with customers.
