Job summary

Perseus Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a 1st Line Support Consultant to join our busy Customer Support team. You will log and progress support calls, provide first contact assistance, and ensure service levels are met through effective communication and issue resolution.

Full training will be provided for IT basics; prior customer service experience is valued. The role emphasises accuracy, teamwork, and ongoing learning, with a focus on delivering excellent customer care and contributing

Qualifications

• Experience in IT not essential; full training will be provided.
• Previous experience in customer service is desirable.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain issues clearly.

Responsibilities

• Logging and progressing 1st line support calls.
• Follow up customer care calls.
• Promote latest products and services to customers.
• Log calls from emails onto the support desk system.
• Maintain remote access/support docs and CRM records.
• Set and exceed customer service standards.
• Take feedback and suggest service improvements.
