Unknown is seeking an experienced 1st line IT Support Executive to support Senior Partners and Managers in Bournemouth, UK. You will handle a varied workload, provide 1st line service desk assistance and help publish user guides.

You will work with Active Directory, Office 365 and SharePoint, set up new starter accounts and train users on IT topics. Strong communication and multitasking are essential.

Qualificações

• Experience in 1st line IT support for a service desk.
• Ability to manage tickets and adhere to SLA timelines.
• Proficient with Active Directory and Office 365.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide 1st line IT support to the service desk and escalate where needed.
• Monitor and respond to support tickets within SLA/timeframes.
• Assist with onboarding by setting up new starter accounts.
• Configure PCs and devices and maintain IT records.
• Deliver BAU training and user guidance on IT topics.
• Maintain MS Office, Office 365, SharePoint knowledge.
