DHL Supply Chain in Rushden (NN10 0FN) is hiring a Warehouse Shift Manager / Ops Manager to lead daily warehouse operations and drive performance. The role starts on night shifts with potential rotation in future, and is a permanent full-time position.

We seek a proactive logistics leader with strong operational knowledge, excellent communication, and a strategic mindset to inspire the team, improve processes, and uphold safety standards while delivering KPIs.

Pay Rate: £33,626.15

Grade: RCS N

Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)

Shift patterns: This position will initially be night shifts, with the possibility of moving to a rotating early, late and night shift pattern in the future. Successful candidates must therefore be flexible and able to work all shift patterns.
