Pay Rate: £34, 400.00
Grade: RCS O
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift patterns: Any 5 from 7, Rotational 6am - 2pm and 2pm - 10pm
Location: Livingston - EH54 8AS

We're now looking for a Warehouse First Line Manager to lead daily operations, support and develop the team, and ensure a safe, efficient, and high quality warehouse environment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• To directly assist Management by reporting on and monitoring the effectiveness of all warehousing activities and performance
• To supervise, implement and coordinate productivity by communicating job expectations to direct line reports, ensuring that all deadlines are safely met within allocated time frames, always maintaining standards of excellence
• Ensuring compliance to Standard Operating Procedures in a Retail warehouse, whilst ensuring that customer KPI's and SLA's are met
• Contribute to continuous site improvement agenda

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

• Proven warehouse operations experience within a 3PL environment
• Strong people management abilities with effective communication and leadership skills
• Confident in problem solving, planning, and using analytical and numerical data to support decision making
• Awareness of Health & Safety and sustainability practices, with basic proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems and Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
• Able to work comfortably and effectively within a chilled warehouse environment
