Job summary

DHL is seeking a Night Shift Warehouse Team Leader in Runcorn to supervise daily operations, ensure safety, and drive performance within a 4-on/4-off schedule (18:00–06:00).

You will lead a team, optimise stock control using WMS and MS Office tools, and collaborate with colleagues to meet and exceed targets in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is essential.
• Strong operational knowledge of warehousing and logistics processes.
• Good understanding of stock control, inventory management and warehouse operations.
• Competent IT skills, including experience using WMS and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders.

Pay Rate: 30,000 - 35,000 + 20% Shift PremiumGrade: NContract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)Shift patterns: Night shift. 4 on, 4 off - 18:00 - 06:00Location: Runcorn WA7 3BN
