Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Rushden is seeking a First Line Manager to lead our warehouse operations and drive performance in a 6-month secondment/fixed-term contract. You will oversee daily activities, implement improvements, and uphold safety standards while guiding a proactive team.

The ideal candidate has proven management experience and strong knowledge of logistics and warehousing, with a strategic mindset and excellent communication skills to motivate and engage colleagues.

Contract Type: 6 Month - Secondment / Fixed Term Contract

Shift patterns: Tuesday to Saturday (daytime only - 6:00am - 14:00pm / 14:00pm - 22:00pm)
