Job summary

Rapier in Rugby is seeking an Inbound First Line Manager to lead the Planning team, streamline vendor communications, and integrate inbound and outbound operations.

You will monitor KPIs, drive improvements, and build a collaborative team culture. The role offers a modern site in Rugby, weekly or monthly pay options, and potential permanent placement after 12 weeks.

• Experience using Paragon Planning tool is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Planning team and develop people and processes across the account areas.
• Streamline processes: support the Vendor Communication team to plan collections for the following day.
• Bring together inbound and outbound operations to create synergies and cost savings.
• Monitor performance: track KPIs and drive continuous improvement to meet goals.
• Foster collaboration: build a team culture with communication, accountability, and teamwork.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and account teams.

INBOUND FIRST LINE MANAGER WANTED!

Location: Rugby, CV23.

Days of Work: Monday to Friday.

Hours of work: Weekly rotation, 07:00- 15:00/10:00-18:00/13:00-21:00 (37.5 per week).

Salary: £34.5K per anumm (£17.69ph).

WHAT YOU'LL DO AS AN INBOUND FIRST LINE MANAGER:

• Lead the Planning team and play a key role in the development of people and processes across the account areas. Your leadership will inspire and motivate our team to reach new heights!
• Streamline Processes: Lead and support the Vendor Communication team to ensure collections are agreed and planned for the following day.
• Bring together the Inbound and Outbound operations to create synergies and cost savings.
• Monitor Performance: Track key performance indicators and drive continuous improvement initiatives to meet and exceed our goals.
• Foster Collaboration: Build a strong team culture that values communication, accountability, and teamwork. Together, we'll achieve great results!
• To ensure strong and effective relationships are maintained with both customer and account team.
