Qualifications

• Experience as a First Line Manager or supervisor in logistics.
• Experience with transport and route planning.
• Familiarity with Paragon Planning tool is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Planning team and develop people and processes across account areas.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound operations to create synergies.
• Monitor performance indicators and drive continuous improvement.
