Job summary

Vertu Motors is recruiting a 1st Line Desktop Support Technician to join the Group IT function at Vertu House, Team Valley, Gateshead. The role is 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm, with a starting salary of £24,784.50 per annum.

You will work in a fast-paced IT environment, delivering customer-focused technical support, handling desktop and software issues, AD, Exchange, VPN, and remote assistance, with training and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT support or related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of desktop/server environments and Microsoft tools.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve IT issues remotely.
