ClearScore in Manchester is seeking a Mortgage Administrator who is organised and customer-focused. You will support customers and advisers through the first-charge mortgage journey, from submission to completion, coordinating with lenders, solicitors and valuers to keep cases moving.

You will thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment, maintain accurate CRM records, and ensure compliance with FCA requirements and Consumer Duty.

Qualifications

• Experience in mortgages or financial services preferred.
• Understanding of first-charge mortgage journey and end-to-end process.
• Ability to work in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage mortgage applications from submission through to completion with smooth progression.
• Review applications and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Provide regular updates to customers and advisers; proactively chase information.
• Build relationships with customers, advisers, lenders, solicitors and valuers to keep cases moving.
• Maintain accurate CRM and case management records.
• Complete identity, affordability, income and compliance checks per regulatory requirements.
• Identify risks or delays and work with teams to resolve complex cases.
• Ensure compliance with FCA requirements and data protection policies.
• Deliver professional, empathetic service across phone, email and digital channels.
