Job summary

Pivotal is recruiting for an entry-level mortgage administration role based in the UK. You will manage the case pipeline from submission to completion, handle documents, and maintain CRM records. Training will be provided to build knowledge and confidence in handling second charge applications.

You will be customer-focused, with a professional telephone manner, and able to work in a fast-paced, team environment, with opportunities for progression and developing regulatory understanding.

Qualifications

• Entry-level role; full training provided.
• No explicit mortgage/financial experience required.
• Customer-focused with professional telephone manner.

Responsibilities

• Manage a pipeline of second charge mortgage cases from submission to completion.
• File, scan and photocopy all documents required for each application.
• Maintain accurate logs and case records using the internal CRM system.
• Review, update, track and monitor cases to ensure progress.
• Ensure acceptances of terms and loan offers are checked against data.
• Provide caseload reports to support completion forecasting.
