Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed fact-finds to understand customer circumstances.

Skills

CeMAP 1 qualified (or equivalent)

Experience in the UK mortgage market (first charge)

Understanding of FCA regulation and TCF principles

Conducting fact‑finds and affordability assessments

Excellent communication skills

Organisational skills and attention to detail

Pipeline management

Working to targets in a regulated environment

Education
