Hall & Kay in Ascot is seeking an organised coordinator to schedule and coordinate sprinkler & fire pump remedial works, from small jobs to larger projects. You will raise remedial jobs, coordinate with suppliers and engineers, raise POs, hire plant, and manage paperwork to ensure smooth invoicing.

Formación

• Experience within the Fire & Security sector performing a similar role (essential).
• Good understanding of Microsoft excel and MS Office packages (essential).
• Experience of Corrigo (desirable).
• Strong communication skills (essential).
• Confident telephone manner with exemplary customer service aptitude (essential).
• Eager to work in a fast paced, busy, growing workplace (essential).

Responsabilidades

• Raising remedial jobs.
• Coordinating with multiple suppliers, subcontractors and in house engineers.
• Raising PO's/Ordering parts, hiring plant and instructing subcontractors.
• Organising paperwork from engineers & subcontractors to ensure smooth processing of invoicing.
• Liaising with clients to schedule works, schedule deliveries of materials and plant.
• Issuing RAMS.
• Keeping track of quote logs, work log tracker & engineers diaries.
