Job summary

Integral UK LTD is seeking a proactive coordinator to schedule and manage sprinkler and fire pump remedial works, from small jobs to larger projects, working within a small but growing team.

You will raise remedial jobs, coordinate suppliers and engineers, manage POs, RAMS, and client scheduling, with 36.5 hours per week, 25 days holiday, pension and health care on offer. DBS check may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience within the Fire & Security sector performing a similar role.
• Good understanding of Microsoft Excel and MS Office packages.
• Experience of Corrigo (desirable).
• Strong communication skills.
• Confident telephone manner with exemplary customer service aptitude.
• Eager to work in a fast paced, busy, growing workplace.
