Construkt RS Ltd. is seeking a commercially driven Business Development Manager to drive growth across a defined territory in the Fire & Security sector.

You will win new business, nurture long-term customer relationships and secure high-value installation projects and service contracts. Reporting to the Group Sales Director, you will manage the full sales cycle, conduct site surveys, deliver tailored proposals and utilise Simpro alongside CRM systems to forecast and report KPIs.

Formación

• Proven experience in Business Development or Sales within the Fire & Security industry.
• Track record of winning new business and securing installation and maintenance contracts.
• Strong commercial awareness, negotiation and account management skills.
• Experience managing the full sales cycle and developing long-term customer relationships.
• Excellent communication, networking and organisational skills.
• A proactive, self-motivated approach with a focus on revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and convert new business opportunities across public and private sector markets.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers and develop existing customer accounts.
• Sell Fire & Security installation projects, service agreements and maintenance contracts.
• Conduct site surveys, prepare quotations and deliver tailored customer proposals.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation through negotiation to contract award and mobilisation.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximise revenue.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecast performance and report on KPIs.
• Use CRM and business management systems, including Simpro, to manage opportunities.
