Job summary

CIA Fire & Security, part of The Ranger Group, is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to generate and close new fire & security opportunities across Gloucestershire and surrounding areas. You will promote our full range of solutions and drive recurring revenue through maintenance and monitoring contracts.

The role emphasizes building long-term client partnerships, delivering profitable projects, and working with cross-functional teams to ensure commercially viable, deliverable

Qualifications

• Proven success in business development or technical sales within the fire and security industry.
• Experience selling to commercial clients, facilities management providers, contractors or public sector organisations.
• Strong commercial awareness focused on profitability and recurring revenue.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities within the fire & security sector.
• Develop and maintain relationships with end users, contractors, consultants, facilities management providers and key decision-makers.
• Generate a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to project handover.
• Prepare professional proposals, quotations and tender submissions.
