BMS Performance Ltd. is seeking a Fire & Security Sales Consultant to own and grow the Newcastle and surrounding territory, selling fire protection and electronic security solutions to businesses across sectors.

You’ll win new commercial customers, build relationships with decision-makers, and manage a pipeline to hit targets, with opportunities for cross-selling and upselling. An uncapped commission structure and OTE of £75,000+ accompany a company vehicle or car allowance and other benefits.

Qualificações

• Proven record of winning new business in B2B sales.
• Experience in a target-driven, field-based or territory role.
• Strong prospecting, negotiation and closing skills.
• Full, valid UK driving licence.

Responsabilidades

• Prospecting and winning new B2B customers across North East England
• Building and managing a pipeline to hit and exceed targets
• Selling fire detection and prevention systems alongside CCTV, access control and intruder alarms
• Building relationships with business owners, facilities managers and other decision-makers
• Growing existing accounts through cross-selling and upselling
• Running customer meetings, writing proposals and negotiating commercial agreements
• Planning your own sales activity and taking a consultative approach focused on safety and long-term value
