Pinnacle Group is seeking a proactive Compliance Coordinator to manage Fire Risk Assessment actions across the business, triaging historic and new FRA actions, allocating to the right teams and driving completion. You will work with stakeholders to monitor progress and produce regular compliance updates.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating and tracking compliance-related actions, ideally within housing, property management, facilities, or building safety environments.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail to maintain accurate compliance records.
• Ability to track progress, identify overdue actions and proactively follow up to ensure completion.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to resolving outstanding actions.

Responsibilities

• Triage and coordinate historic FRA actions and allocate to appropriate teams.
• Monitor progress on closing FRA actions.
• Triage, coordinate and allocate new FRA actions.
• Provide regular reports and updates on progress.
