Job summary

Fairhive Homes is seeking a Fire Safety Coordinator to join our Property team. You will coordinate fire safety inspections and actions, record and progress fire safety tasks, and support Fire Risk Assessments and door inspections across our housing portfolio.

The role requires strong organisational and communicational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and effective collaboration with residents, contractors and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and IT/system literacy.
