Job summary

Abri is seeking a Customer Safety Administrator to join our Fire Safety team. You will help coordinate inspections, servicing programmes, and remedial works, ensuring appointments are arranged, customer communications are timely, and records are maintained accurately.

Working closely with contractors and colleagues across the business, you’ll help ensure our fire safety activities run smoothly and efficiently while delivering safe homes and positive outcomes for our customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in compliance, fire safety or property services environments.

• Confidence coordinating activities and managing information accurately.
